Bruce Springsteen
18 Tracks
Columbia Records

Tracks on his arms, between his toes, and under his tongue, anything for that main line that fed him the inspiration to re-release these songs.

Bruce has my vote, though, through his past albums and with this one. This album transitions well from beginning to end. "Hearts of Stone" seems to be taken directly out of that dance sequence in Back to the Future, "Enchantment under the Sea." Even McFly could get laid to this on repeat.

Then ‘The Steen' busts into a speedier, more poppy Billy Joel sound with "Where the Bands Are" - from the lead vocals of Bruce to the back-ups, this song is the offspring of Joel's "Uptown Girl." Keeping this review to the first half of the album, "Born in the U.S.A." is a rockin' song, not in the sense of pelvic movements, but in the sense of closing your eyes and understanding why we are privileged for having such a great freedom of life and leisure.
Thanks, Bruce, you got me laid, made me dance, and brought back some self-pride. You can track yourself up anytime. A-
